JOB SUMMARY The CCS Officer is responsible for ensuring quality acquisition and good client relations. CCS Officer will have to interface with recruitment team and clients in order to support a systematic identification of their needs.   DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Clinic Manpower and Workforce
  • Ensures that clinic staff submit the required reports accurately and on-time, namely but not limited to Daily Time Record (DTR), Monthly Utilization Reports and Annual Medical Report.
  • Ensures and coordinates with HR-Recruitment of reliever nurses regarding the final list of manpower based on contract that needs to be deployed in each site of accounts.
  • Coordinates and assists OH Advisor/OH Specialists in orientation and job shadowing of CCS Nurse/personnel.
  • Coordinates with HR with issuance of Memos, NTEs and Termination.
  • Ensures that the clinic staff decked by HR is well oriented and well managed in clinic operations and HMC working policies including job shadowing
  • Monitors adherence and attendance of clinic staff to DOLE and HMC trainings.
  • Focal point of person of clinic staff’s employment to separation and coordinates with CCS Back Office Support team and DRD for relievers.
  • Manage the performance of Clinical Staff.
  1. Client Relations
  • Establish rapport with clients via regular visits including regular meetings but not limiting to coordination with internal customers in the Clients concerns, Account’s renewal, Contracts, Billing concerns -i.e. SOA etc.
  1. Clinic Management:
  • Ensures compliance to Service Level Agreement of Accounts.
  • Ensures smooth operations of the clinic staff regarding clinic processes and protocols.
  • Ensures that the clinic is based on Legal required standards and policy
  • Conducts visits to all clinics to do inventory and audit of clinic equipment and supplies.
  • Reviews the feedback of client’s satisfactory –escalation, score cards and such.
  1. Wellness Programs
  • Coordination of Health and Wellness programs and lectures based on DOH Calendar and utilization report of the client with data analysis and recommended for implementation
  • Secure post activity report.
  • Collates data and assists all stakeholders in analyzing, recommending and implementing wellness programs to the accounts.
  • Coordinates with Marketing Department in securing appropriate health bulletin and teasers as requested by clients and as needed for each wellness event.
  1. Performs other task that maybe assigned by Operations Head from time to time.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing/ Business Administration/Commerce or equivalent.
  • Registered Nurse is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 year Supervisory work experience in customer service industry
  • Highly-organized and has a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
